1.Package selection of InGaAs-KPDX / InGaAs-KPDXA / GaAs-KPGX / Si-KPIX series
For Kyosemi products of InGaAs-KPDX、InGaA-KPDXA, GaAs-KPGX and Si-KPIX that are hermetically Sealed, the 6 packages are available from the most approproate combination of metak caps and stems as shown below.

3.LC-ROSA type modules of InGaAs-KPDX / InGaAs-KPDXA / GaAs-KPGX series
In each series of InGaAs-KPDX / InGaAs-KPDXA / GaAs-KPGX photodiodes, LC-Rosa types are also available as well as pig tail type modukes in the preceding section 2).

About metal packages used mainly for optical communication
TO-46 stems are used mainly for hermetically sealed, pig tail and LC-ROSA types as follows:
- 46F (2P3L, cap with a flat window),
- DL (2P3L, cap with a dome lens), H31Dome lens, or H31DL
- 32H Ball lens (3P4L, cap with a ball lens)
- 32H Flat window (3P4L, cap with a flat window)
- 33H Ball lens (4P5L, cap with a ball lens)
- 33H Flat window (4P5L, cap with a flat window)
The ball lens or flat window of each cap is AR coated so that its coupling efficiency is maximized..
